Because chocolate is perishable, all sales are final.

If something isn’t right with your order due to a production or handling issue, please reach out within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. We care about the quality of what we make and will work with you to make it right.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges based on taste preferences or storage after pickup.
