Bebe’s Little River Chocolate Co. is a small-batch chocolate maker based in Newton, Massachusetts. By placing an order through this site, you agree to the terms below. These terms are meant to clarify how ordering, pickup, and payment work, not to create barriers.

Products

All products are produced in small batches and availability is limited. Photos and descriptions are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the work.

Ingredient and allergen information is provided on product labels and, when applicable, on product pages. Please review this information carefully before ordering.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of order. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order in the event of an error in pricing, availability, or listing.

Pickup and Delivery

Orders are typically fulfilled via local pickup in Newton, Massachusetts. Pickup details, including timing and location, will be communicated after purchase.

If shipping is offered for a specific item, shipping terms will be clearly stated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, all sales are final.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.

Food Safety and Allergens

Our products are made in a residential kitchen licensed in Massachusetts. This kitchen handles milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

While care is taken during production, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergen cross-contact. Customers with severe allergies should use their discretion when ordering.
